Items purchased from Biofade will be shipped the same business day via USPS for FREE, a $10 value!! USPS shipment generally takes 3-5 days within all 50 states. If you would like your product sooner than later we do offer a FEDEX express 2 day shipping option for $24.99, and $39.99 for FEDEX overnight (excluding friday orders/overnight saturday deliveries). International orders outside the United States will be charged a flat rate of $14.99 for USPS shipping, and usually takes 10-20 days. USPS International express is $49.99 and takes 3-5 days.

Your shipment will arrive in a plain white box with a shipping label. The contents are NOT displayed, neither is our company name. Rest assured your shipment is discreet and private.

If you are not happy with the product please email us at sales@biofade.com (link) or call us directly at 619-864-7086. We will have you send your returned product directly to PO Box 871, Del Mar, CA 92014. Once receipt of your returned product, we will issue you a full refund minus $10 dollar restocking and shipping charge. This will be refunded back on your Credit card.
